Attorney
Born and raised on the wide-open plains of Texas, Aaron’s journey to employment law was shaped by hard work, grit, and a deep-rooted sense of justice. The son of a mechanic, his early years were spent working in the shop—learning firsthand the value of labor and the challenges faced by blue-collar workers. After serving as an artilleryman in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2001 to 2007, Aaron was honorably discharged and began a new mission: advocating for everyday people.
His legal career began in personal injury law, where he supported victims of corporate negligence. That early exposure to client advocacy ignited a passion for standing up against powerful institutions—and it never left him.
After earning his B.A. in Philosophy from Texas Tech University in 2013, Aaron attended the University of Richmond School of Law. While there, he became a certified student attorney, gaining hands-on courtroom experience by prosecuting criminal cases and assisting low-income families with sensitive legal matters. He graduated with his J.D. in 2017 and returned to Texas to put his skills to work in service of others.
With over five years of experience in consumer law, Aaron brings a rare combination of legal insight and real-world understanding to every case. At My Job Lawyer, he fights for workers wronged by their employers—drawing on his mechanical background, military discipline, and unwavering commitment to fairness. Whether it’s wrongful termination or workplace retaliation, Aaron stands firmly on the side of the worker.
